Uncover Risk

Be careful. The ability to recall facts about a process or procedure you’ve just been taught is not the same as having the competence and confidence to apply that knowledge consistently and accurately regardless of how the situation presents itself.

We find on average around 30% of any workforce has misplaced confidence in their knowledge which is likely to pose a significant risk either to the organisation, the customers or the individual or their colleagues. These people are often those who’ve been in post for the longest time, have found “work arounds” and may even be team leaders or managers.

Others may know what do to but not have the confidence to act.

Unless you know what learning gap you’re addressing how can you be sure what you’re delivering as learning is really hitting the mark?
