Natalie has worked in Finance for 30 years across various commercial sectors.
She brings expertise, integrity, passion and professionalism to her role as Financial Controller for Cognisco.
Natalie manages the Finance function and works closely with the Management Team and Board to support operational and strategic decision making.
Owen’s expertise comes from Marketing and Business Development across numerous sectors. His ability to get a complex message across clearly and with humour is renowned. He leads Cognisco’s partnership with KPMG, our business development focus and marketing strategy.
Newly joined Cognisco as a Project and Professional Services Manager. Managing all projects and seeing them from start to finish. Managing risks and continually looking for ways to resolve issues within projects whilst working closely with the development team and the wider business to keep our clients happy.
Angela Ellis is our Senior Quality & Compliance Manager responsible for our ISO accreditations, compliance and Elearning. She manages our processes and provides independent QA on assessments and system releases.

Jon’s background is in web development and he brings his experience to our new platform, MyKnow 365, and our biometric invigilation product. Jon’s broad expertise in look and feel, as well as technical execution, enables our new progression into modern and mobile-friendly products.
Richard brings a wealth of experience of software development to the company. From design to infrastructure-as-code, Richard's experience helps make Cognisco's software secure and reliable while bringing new features to the product.
Leah's vast experience as QA Test / Lead is a vital component of our system. In addition to her responsibility for the quality of MyKnow, Leah coordinates the technical team's workloads via regular sprint cycles and in line with its Agile methodology processes.
Matt works closely with the Support Team when more technical expertise is needed to resolve customer issues, helping to develop and support MyKnow.
