Cognisco is pleased to introduce Messaging, a new feature in MyKnow 365 that brings workforce communication directly into the platform.
Messaging enables authorised users to share important updates, bulletins, briefings and alerts without relying on external email or messaging tools. By keeping communication inside MyKnow 365, organisations can be confident that information reaches the right people at the right time, in a way that supports accountability and compliance.
Messages can be targeted to the appropriate people or groups and where needed, require recipients to confirm they have read and understood the information. This creates a clear record that critical updates such as safety notices, policy changes or operational briefings have been communicated effectively.
All messaging activity is supported by a robust audit trail, giving organisations visibility over when messages were sent, received and acknowledged. This makes it easier to demonstrate that key information has been shared and understood, supporting governance, risk management and regulatory requirements.
Messaging is fully integrated into MyKnow 365, making it simple for users to view their latest communications alongside their existing tasks and responsibilities. By centralising communication within the platform, customers can streamline processes and strengthen confidence that important messages never get missed.
Messaging is available now in MyKnow 365 and can be enabled per tenant. To find out more, please contact the Cognisco team.
