We are pleased to introduce the latest release of MyKnow 365 (Version 3.1), bringing a range of new features and enhancements designed to improve reporting, governance and usability across the platform.
This release focuses on helping organisations gain better visibility of workforce competency data, strengthen auditability and provide administrators with greater control over assessments and competency management.
Enhanced Data Exports
Version 3.1 introduces new Page Extract Download capabilities, allowing authorised users to export filtered system data to CSV directly from key areas of the platform.
Data can now be exported from areas such as user management, competency libraries, assessment results, competency tracking, job families and team structures.
These exports make it easier to analyse workforce capability, monitor competency expiry and share insights across the organisation, while ensuring users only access data they have permission to view.
A new Data Transfer dashboard also allows users to track and download completed exports from one central location.
Improved Global Language Support
MyKnow 365 now supports Right-to-Left (RTL) languages, enabling organisations to author and deliver assessments in languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
When enabled, assessment content, navigation and reports automatically display in the correct reading direction based on the user’s language settings, supporting organisations with multilingual workforces.
Enhancements to Competency Management
This release also introduces several improvements to competency management.
A new "Attained" competency state provides clearer visibility when awarding acquisition-only competencies. Administrators can also configure how competency states change when a competency expires or when related activities become overdue, helping ensure records accurately reflect workforce capability.
Improved Visibility and Governance
To support stronger oversight, users can now view more detailed information about assessment assignments, schedules and distribution history, including audit trails within the assessment library.
Teams can also see the assessments assigned to them directly within the organisation structure, improving visibility of competency and assessment activity.
Media Manager and System Improvements
Enhancements to Media Manager make it easier to review evidence files, including the ability for authorised users to view evidence folders uploaded by other users. A new Authoring Media folder also separates files used for assessment and question mcreation. This release also includes a number of usability improvements, security updates and general bug fixes as part of our ongoing commitment to continuously improving MyKnow 365.
